The Process
INITIAL MEETING
We begin with a conversation — a chance to connect, talk through your plans, and understand what matters most to you. This sets the foundation for a photography experience that feels aligned, seamless, and thoughtfully tailored.BOOKING
Once your date is confirmed, I’ll send over a custom proposal along with the contract and retainer. From there, everything is officially reserved, and your experience begins.
PLANNING & GUIDANCE
In the months leading up to your wedding, I’m available as a resource — offering guidance, insight, and recommendations as needed. Whether it’s timing considerations, lighting, or flow of the day, I help ensure everything is thoughtfully planned with photography in mind.
YOUR WEDDING TIMELINE
Together, we’ll create a custom photography timeline designed to support a natural, unhurried flow. This allows space for real moments to unfold while ensuring nothing important is missed.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION (IF INCLUDED)
Engagement sessions are relaxed, guided, and designed to feel effortless. It’s a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, experience my approach, and create imagery that reflects your connection in a natural way.
PRE-WEDDING DETAILS
A detailed questionnaire is shared prior to your wedding to ensure everything is aligned — from family dynamics to meaningful moments you want thoughtfully documented.
THE WEDDING DAY
On your wedding day, my presence is calm, intuitive, and unobtrusive. I’ll guide when needed, step back when appropriate, and document the day as it unfolds — capturing both the composed portraits and the quiet, in-between moments.
PREVIEWS
Within one week of your wedding, you’ll receive a curated preview of your images — a first look at the moments you’ll soon relive in full.
FULL GALLERY DELIVERY
Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered within 8–10 weeks in a private online gallery, thoughtfully curated and ready to download, share, and preserve.
ALBUM DESIGN (OPTIONAL)
For couples who choose to create an album, I’ll design a custom layout that tells the story of your wedding day with intention and flow — a timeless heirloom to be passed down for generations.
